How read email subject of delivery failed mail?

We have requirement to create a WO for delivery failed email by reading email subject. When i sent email from outlook PRPC can read the subject for the work object id and process it, but when deliver failed mail received PRPC unable to  open the mail to process. What is the possible reason for this? Is format of email which we are sending from outlook and automated delivery failed email are different?

Is your requirement is to Process delivery status notifications(DSN's) ? If yes, please check Process delivery status notifications checkbox on Email Listener data instance.
