How to create navbar that sticks to bottom of the page in Pega Mobile without using custom HTML?

I would like to create navigation bar (tab bar)  that stick to the bottom of page

Any help will be appreciated.

What you are trying to achieve seems to currently be a 'Work in progress' in the product through what is known as 'App View templates' in the mobile space. It look like the support for this configuration will be available at some level starting Pega 7.2.1.
