Authentication popup while attaching documents in https

Hi,

we have deployed Pega as https in one of our environments.

Every time we are attaching a document using Pega attachment functionality, it is showing windows authentication popup. And its not accepting the credentials either.

How can we skip showing this authentication popup?

Hi,

Is it happening only when you are accessing the https application ? Also, is it only happening with file type attachment or with all attachment types ?

Finally  have you checked whether there is any attachment category security  associated or not ?
