Phone Number is rounding off to other value

Hi,

I have a phone number field in repeating grid and when i enter value inside that field it is automatically rounding off to different number.

Ex: i have given value 9848098987 and it has been changed to 1258164395.

i am using textinput control and property is of type Text and corresponding db column is also a plain text column.

Please share your thoughts.

Please share phone number field design configuration screenshot(Presentation Tab).

Is there any on-change event configured on that field.

And which version of PRPC you are using?

To me this looks like an integer overflow issue. But you have mentioned that everything is configured as text including the DB column. Very interesting!!!

Could you please try giving 2147483648 as phone number and check if it is converting it to -2147483648?

Does this rounding off happens as soon as you enter the phone number and tab out or this happens after submitting the value to server?
