How to validate key strokes and junk values in pega

Hi

 

How to restrict user only to enter the the values in keyBoard other than nonAscii values

Example: If user enters any non Ascii values we have to throw an error (e.g. ¢, £, ¥).

Can any one please help me on this

I am not sure if this particular functionality can be achieved using OOTB pega but I think custom java script events can be used. Use Onkeydown, onkeypress etc to read the value of key and show appropriate error message.
