Pega 7 JVMS re-starts are slow

We are finding that in general after upgrade to Pega 7.1.8 - the JVM re-starts/starts take longer time.

We see times close to 40+ minutes. We do not see any esceptions or ALERTs in logs.

Any idea what could be wrong.
