SMA setup in 2-node system

How to add a second node to SMA? We have a two-node system, with SMA installed on the primary node. For some reason, the nodes were dropped and needed to be re-added. The Primary node (the one with SMA installed) was added successfully, but I have not been able to figure out how to add the second node.
