How to configure assets to be used in Express Apps
I have not foudn any support documentation for this, but we heard about the ability to expose reusable assets in Pega 7 Express apps in training and at Pegaworld.
How do we make reusable assets available to Pega 7 Express (and what types of assets can we expose)? One interest is to have data clases that represent our products, locations, etc in our Pega 7 Express applciaiotns. We are interested in doing lots of POCs using Pega 7 express, and having real data will make the POCs more relvant to our potential users.

7.1.9 has limited ability to expose assets for reuse to the Pega 7 Express authoring views. in 7.1.9, you can expose data types for reuse but there are constraints: the date type must have an auto-generated key (pyGUID), must have a local storage table (it does not have to be used but must be present), must have a single lookup data page that accepts the key as a parameter, and must have a single list data page defined against the data type.
The ability to more broadly expose assets for reuse is coming in 7.2. We are targeting, data types, processes, and inherited fields. We are also relaxing the data type constraints in 7.2. Specifically, we will support any data type with a single-part key in 7.2 for Express. We will publish more information on the process for publishing assets for reuse with the 7.2 release.

Follow-up question- are there any help-docs for Pega 7 Express? the help link in our implementation of Pega 7.1.9 has a broken URL pointer.

There is a version of the Express help posted to the PDN. You can see it here:
