How to set Requester time out for a specific service soap rule in prconfig.xml file

Hi,

I want to set requester time out for a specific SERVICE SOAP in prconfig.xml file, 

We can set requester time out for SERVICE SOAP in prconfig file, but if we do this it will affect all services

I want to set requester time out for specific service only in prconfig file, how we do this?
