Login not working
Hi,
I'm trying to login to the exercise both as NBAAUser and NBAADeveloper with password = rules, but I'm not able to login. It appears the following message:
The information you entered was not recognized.
note that trying as ' Proprietary information hidden' all works fine.
Could you please check?

Can you please check if you are using the correct VMware: nbaa_62sp2_pvs_072312 vmware? Different courses have different VMwares, so please make sure you are using the correct one.

Hi Miki,
thanks a lot for your feedback. You were right I used the VMware related to the course Decisioning Fundamentals. However with the correct VMware I have a problem when I try to connect with the user 'NBAADeveloper', instead with NBAAUser all seems to be working fine.
When I connect with the user = NBAADeveloper, I don't receive any error message, but only a blank page. I tried with Explorer, Chrome and Firefox browser. Maybe is it necessary any particular setting?

You are welcome.
The Pega Platform generates the underlying Java code on first use. So when you sign on the first time it needs some time to do this. This is most likely why your screen is blank. Please try it one more time and give it some time.

In that case the most likely reason you see an "empty" screen is because you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer and you need to turn on "Compatibility Mode".
Go to tools menu, choos 'compatibility settings' and then choose 'open all websites in compatibility view'.
