where is "Edit Ruleset" page?
Hello there,
On this training I'm on the "Introduction to Rulesets".
At the "Enable Check-out" section there is a sentence below;
Select Use check-out? on the Security tab on the ruleset to enable the check-out facility.
But I couldn't find the "Edit RuleSet" page.
How can I access to the "Edit RuleSet" page?
Dose somebody has any suggestions?

Open the "ruleset" record.
In the example you are referring to, you would open the "Purchasing" ruleset record. The "Edit Ruleset" is an indication of what you are doing when you open an existing record. Basically, it indicates "Edit" - (this record type) - (of this name)
