What URL contain after PRServlet

 Hi All,

For example i am trying to open below URL

 http://XXX:12343/prweb/PRServlet/

When i entered that in browser and pressed enter it is changed as below, in that can any one please explain what it mean  by "by4CpxV8ciXTSimIQkS7P0MzcfPzezPGWcwbVlhOt0w%5B*"

The URL is a basically hash of the ruleset stack. It allows for unique static content for every ruleset/version combination as needed without ongoing re-resolution on jpg, css, js references. If you switch applications you will see that the url hash changes.
