What do you think makes a Product Owner a success?
I recently wrote this blog about Product Owners (https://community.pega.com/blog/how-select-and-support-effective-product-owner).
I am curious to know what everyone in our Pega Community have experienced - what qualities have you seen in a Product Owner, and the way they have been supported, that has been successful?

@AnthonyKirkham I have worked with various product owners, but the best once are those who came from Operations with product knowledge. We had to enable them on Pega a bit, but their experience in prioritizing the features and explaining business challenges is impeccable.
When you are looking at MLP and delivering continuous value to customer, I think the ability to prioritize the features, curiosity to get hands-on and creativity are important for product owner.
I worked with a Product owner who doesn't take no for an answer unless there is a logical explanation. :-) Loved working with her.
I totally agree with point number 4 - this is crucial for success.
4. Make them 100% dedicated.

@Raju_Botu That's great to hear, and thanks for the input. I think you are spot on when you say the ability to prioritize, be curious, hands on and creative are important qualities....and they can only really do that if they are 100% dedicated.
