Unsure about one of the real exam questions
Hi there,
I've been tryng to phone up Pega by dialing the UK number on the homepage in regards to the exame I took on Friday but no one answers so I have no way to review what I've got right and wrong but trying to remember as best as I can and ask here.
There was one of the question asking in what order the offers are listed in the Next Best Action Advisor(I think the questions was specific about NBA advisor but not sure). I reviewed the course again and it says the default is propensity but it can be adjusted per business need. As far as I remember, the choices given were pyPropensity, pyPriority...etc looking all very specific than giving contextual choices. What would be the correct answer?

Thanks Marco for your reply. Ok if you cannot give out the whole exam questions but can you at least answer some of the questions that I still quite clearly remember? I think any questions if an exam taker can bring in from his memory should be answered as it is supposed to be covered by the course anyway but the person is just struggling to clarify the specifics.

Yes, your situation is fully understandable.
It is my understanding that you would like to know that answer to the following question: "In what order are the offers listed in Next-Best-Action Advisor?"
You can find the answer in paragraph 6 on page 13 of the Student Guide.

So what would be the correc answer when I am given a list of choices of
py.propensity, py.priority, py.margin? By the closing statement of that paragraph, I think it would be logical for a student who has carefully reviewed the course would think 'any of above,' which was not given as one of the choices on the exam.

I'm not sure of what the correct answer to the following question is:
In what order does the next best action strategy place the following Issues?
(Retention, Sales, Service etc).
I'm not sure how it is possible to answer this question. My understanding is that each NBA strategy is individual and is customisable according to business needs.
Any help would be much appreciated.
