Unable to pass ValueList to Summary View

Hi ,

 I want to give  a set of values to a condition like "IN" in SQL .

Example: pyStatusWork  IN ("Pending",ReSolved","Open") ,This is working in Report Definition but its not working in Summary View . By default Summary view forming the Query as pyStatusWork ="Pending" OR  pyStatusWork ="Open"

Is there any way to convert the OR pharse to "IN" , in summary view
