STEP CREATION

Hello,

Please, I try to create a new step under a stage,i click a defaul step ,after a write a name for this step,the text zone stil white,i retry to click under a step to rewrite a step name but the step was locked i can't write nothing .

I hover the mouse pointer over the step name,i can't find the down arrow to open the step configuration dialog.

Can anyone help me to resolve this problem?

Hicham,

I do see that you are using 7.1.7

Is this a Personal Edition install? Or one you created yourself?

More importantly, what version of IE are you using? This is most likely an issue of suing "Comptability View Settings" instead of the changing the Emulation mode (available in F12 Developers Tools).

I would also suggest attempting the same procedure (adding steps to a stage in a case) using another browser such as Chrome or Safari. If it works in another browser, then we know it is an issue with IE.
