Severity level in Guardrails

For the quiz after the "Guided Application Development using Guardrails" unit, there is a question choosing the 3 levels of severity.

The expected answers are Severe, Caution and Moderate.

However, I am currently using Pega 7.1.8 in my current project and I can see that the Caution type is called Informational.

When we sit for the CSA exam, and get asked this question, should we base our answer on 7.1.6?  Or both answers would be correct?
