Resolved workobject are coming into Workbasket assignment ERROR in Production.

Hi Team,

we are using Pega 6.1 Sp 2 in our Production Env.Frequently ,we are getting some resolved case's in Workbasket assignment error.Error message is:The flow this assignment correspond has been Removed.

Could some one help me on this.We haven't made any change to Flow recently and it is not like every work object is giving this error.

The frequency of the problem get reduced though we haven't provided any fix for that . And we are checking the Problem Assignment list (OOTB) and clearing the entries.

The root cause of the problem is still being unknown and any help will be great in this regard.
