The above requirement can only be fulfilled if we use subreport, If we try to use summary report we can either display "Operator Firstname, Count of assignments" or "Operator lastname, Count of assignments", i.e. the grouping will be based on all of the remaining columns where aggregate function is not used, however if you have requirement like above that you will operator FName, LName and count of assignments (group by operator id), you will need to use subreports. You can try to create the reports and see what the difference is, 

This is similar if you use an SQL query using GROUP By clause and do not use an aggregate function you will get an error.

Your logic for why a subreport is needed is flawed.  If the first and last name combinations are unique - which they need to be to tell two Operators apart -- there is no difference in the result.

What the question is asking is to query Data-Admin-Operator-ID and Assign-Worklist  (all assignments are "open").

Specifically you want to RIGHT JOIN, using "include all rows in this class", Assign-Worklist to Data-Admin-Operator-ID using ASSIGN.pxAssignedOperatorID = pyUseridentifier.

Answer D, Summary Report in the Operator Class, is equally correct.

You can select ASSIGN.pxRefObjectKey and summarize it by COUNT.

Note:  pyFirstName and pyLastName are not optimized columns within pr_operators.
