To refresh a single page in repeating grid after update

As per the Support article,  SA-9158 ,

"User has a repeat grid with pagination enabled. Let's say he is on page 3 of the grid and he performs an action that invokes a refresh on the part of the screen hosting the grid, he is brought to page 1 of the grid instead of staying on page 3."

I am facing the same issue in Pega 6.2 SP2 as mentioned above. As per the comments in the above aritcle, Refresh List option is not available in Pega 6.2 SP2.

Could you please let me know how to resolve this issue in Pega 6.2?
