HI,

in Pega 7.1., when Case is getting resolved, the WO level pySLAGoal and pySLADeadline properties were reset as null.
Due to this issue, our application were unable to calculate whether Case (Work Object) was been resolved within Goal or Past Goal or Past Deadline. Also some reporting was showing blank values where those 2 properties have been used.

We have found the solution, so thought of sharing with every one.
