I have been attempting to locate the format of a PRPCGateway URL to no avail.

As per RFC 1808 Section 2.1 - URL Syntactic Components ...

	scheme://net_loc/path;params?query#fragment

... It would appear that the PRPC Gateway URL format is as follows:

	scheme://net_loc/prgateway/PRPCGateway/A/!B/$C/remainder of path;params?query#fragment

Where,
A = ????
B = Application Name?
C = Thread Name?

If someone is aware of the format and can help fill in the blanks above, it would be very much appreciated.
