Pega Marketing: NBA Designer

While trying to create some actions in Pega marketing NBA Designer. I am not able to get started with any of the template. Error says:

"System configuration incompatible with Next-Best-Action Designer Taxonomy: the primary level class defined on the Context Dictionary (PegaCRM-Data-Customer) is not accessible by your application.

 

Please suggest!
