Pega Integration with ChatGPT
My latest video demonstrates the steps required to integrate PEGA with ChatGPT API, which is a fairly talked-about new NLP-based chatbot tool in the market, and is gaining a lot of traction. The integration itself is quite simple, and requires only a free subscription to the OpenAPI Portal, and some knowledge with REST integration within PEGA. I have used an existing model which is available for free within OpenAPI, and did not create a new model to use with my code. Also I had some issues with my existing Chatbot case type, so instead of integrating the code within Chatbot I have used Pulse messages to showcase the integration.
