Pega Designer Studio, desktopimage 404

After upgrading from 5.5 SP1 to 7.1.8, and logging as administrator,

geting errors as,

404 on request, desktopimage/pzDialogButtononBarContainerBlue.gif

Any idea what the error and why it is not able to find the image file?

Rahul,

 

is desginer studio is getting loaded apart from the 404 gif error. If so clould you please try deletign the temp directory and restart the server. If possible please share the stack trace.

Hi Devendra,

 

The re was some mistake in approach. We will be migrating again with correct approach. There is no env to validate and delete the temp directory as of now.

I will post in here, if we face the same issue agin.
