Pega Customer Service Fundamentals (7.1)

The Part 2 "Downloading the Exercises" of Orientation section appears incomplete & I can't visit the page.

I have completed this course except for the fact that it appears 90% completion due to the above fact, is everyone facing the same regarding this course.
