No Customer Found

Hi all,

Currently we have Pega Marketing Telecom (Pega 7.1.9 ML9) and we installed Pega Marketing Financial Services Frame Work.

After the installation, in our telcom app, on NBAA we were unable to find the customers in order to run Offer Negotiation.

Also when we try testing the connection to the Database table, we are getting error "ExternalMKTData has more than one concrete class mapped to it."

Is this mapping error due to any integration issue after installing PMFS framework?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
