Need to import PegaCRM.jar

Dear all,

I need to install PegaCS and CDH application Can I use command line utility or command line utility(prpcUtils.cmd) is only for  Pegaplat form installation. I'm working on PEGA8.4.3 installation with SQLserver.Please share me prpcutils.propert files for PegaCRM import
