Multiselect with Dynamic data

My requirement is like this.

I have one property named “Entity Type(s) and my requirement is to display this property as multiselect with dynamic value from external DB. How can I achieve this?

Use repeating layout and have a checkbox and property inline and use datapage or rep defn to fetch values from table.
