Listener status Information without using SMA

Is there a way to get the status of listeners without using SMA in 6.2 version in Pega?

I don't think there is a way to see the status of Listeners other than SMA. All listener related information would store in PI_DATA_CONNECT table. However it doesn't contain any information of listener status.
