Roger Sole from Sprint was inspiring. The approach he described that Sprint took to resurrect their company was inspiring. Sprint has always had challenges with their reputation. But with the help of Pega, a vision that was clear and concise, and some guts (using the spokes person from Verizon) put them on the right path. Thank you Roger.
