JMS-Connector or Service when we are Subscriber in PUB-SUB model?

In Publish-subscribe model, PRPC application is the subscriber.

My understanding is, we should use the JMS Service rule to subscribe the topic?

Please confirm.

I would concur based on the following information is posted in Pega 7 Developer Help (click HERE for full HELP article):

  • About Service JMS Rules

    Purpose

    The JMS integration interface supports interactions between your PRPC application and other systems through the Java Message Service (JMS). PRPC supports JMS through both services and connectors. JMS services can receive (consume) messages from a JMS topic or queue and produce responses to those messages.
