Team,

          could some body help to resolve this issue happen in weblogic, while deploying prpc_j2ee14.ear .

ERROR

 

" java.lang.RuntimeException: PRAppLoader was not properly initialized, unable to load class com.pega.pegarules.web.servlet.WebApp"
