Issue opening properties for Decision Shape

When trying to configure flow details, I  have to change properties for a Decision shape.

I right click / select the decision shape and select properties, the applications tries to load the page but unable to do so. It keeps on loading.... Attached the screenshot. It never loads the properties dialogue. I tried in IE / Firefox and Chrome. No success

Have any one encountered the same issue ? What needs to be done ?

unfortuntately, the image (screen shot) does not show.

Would you mind sending it to me directly via email? (mocze at pega dot com)

This is a puzzle because this particular functionality usually works 100% of the time; even for me, a die-hard Mac user.
