Import Wizard
Hi all, I'm a new entry in the world of Pega System Architects and I want to start with a question about import wizard.
I am trying to import a ruleset from an environment to another: he first one is running on a dedicated server, the second one is in local (VM-Box). During the importing process I can't see any loading bar and I am only allowed to click on the Done button.
In the end, even if I clicked on the button, nothing happens and the ruleset remain still un-imported.
Any suggestion?
Is it a bug?

HI,
I am used to see .jar file to import but now you have imported once, you can re run the import and click next without choosing any file
then select the file you imported and click on the show content details to see what rules are part of your import.
Simply do a export / import won't work if you have new classes for instances. you need to package your app and then import it.

How did you package your ruleset?
Sounds like you are importing an empty file (jar). What is the size of the jar/zip file? Can you post a screenshot of product rule you used to created the product file?
"Import a ruleset" isn't widely used terminology. 'Import a product Jar/Zip file" is understood easily.
