Hi,

we have a requirement where we need to below details in one report

1) count of resolved cases

2) count of non resovled cases

3) count of cases with in SLA

4) count of cases passed goal

when we try to use Report definition i am unable to use expression to filter the report on columns. Though tried to use function builder but dont see where we can use expressions.

But we can do that in summary view with the help of trend reporting option(using expression)

Can any one please help me how to achevie this functionality in Report definition.
