How to overcome ORA-0100 error during data upgrade DDL generation?

I got "ORA-0100: Maximum Open cursors exceeded" during the DDL generation of data upgrade. How can I get rid of this error?

This is a DB error caused due to exceeded Maximum Open Cursors.

Increase Open_Cursors Value from 1000 to ~6000 to resolve the issue.
