How to configure Optional Popup Screen?

Hi,

We have requirement to display popup based on certain condition after I click "Submit" of a flow action. The condition is based on the value of certain fields in the form.

If it doesn't meet the condition, it shouldn't display the popup, but proceed to complete the flow action (FinishAssignment).

How can I achieve this?
