How to build the inheritance between frame work vs data classes

How to build the frame work classes and Data classes inheritance in PRPC?

Frame work classes can be inherited by custom application while Data class defines the data model and is used by mapping in Frame work class and/or application class, instead of inhritance.

In other words, there are no inheritance between frame work class and data class by best practice.
