Healthcare Customer Service - Out of the Box Functionality?

I'm trying to locate specific information on what types of data elements are included in the Out of the Box dashboard view for the Customer Service for Healthcare solution. If anyone can point me towards the appropriate supporting documentation I would really appreciate it!

Thanks - I checked that out. It lists some fields, but I'm not sure they're exhaustive or represent fields present on the home screen dashboard. Do you know if a list of data elements included as part of the out of the box functionality exists?
