It appears a Decision Table is being called programmatically, for example, from a Data Transform, to set a value.
Also it appears that the name of the Decision Table to invoke is stored in a Property.
Currently the value of that Property is "Unknown".
It is also possible that an R-D-E is being called.
In any case, logic is missing to prevent "ObtainValue" from being called when the value of this input Property is literally "Unknown".
You can add "Decision Table" and "Declare Expression" to your Tracer settings then trace to see what is causing the error.
