Facing issue in Video courses in CSSA v7.1

Hi,

I am facing an in Self-Study course "CSSA v7.1", some of the videos are taking time to load, and slow. They buffer in between, though I am accessing them in Pega network only.

Can we do something for this?

Hello, 

If you have a problem playing the video, you may want to consider using an alternative video player.  Go to the Set Preferences in your operator menu in PA and change it to BrightCove.

Hi Pott

 

Should we need to install PVS to complete CSSA 7.1 exercises. ? I use cloud URL in completing of both CSA Essentials 1 & 2. Can I use same url for coming courses or need to setup PVS in my machine. 

Please share me your thoughts on this.
