I understand from this article (How and where to submit an enhancement request? | Support Center (pega.com)) that the best way for clients to submit feedback/enhancement requests is via this Discussion form.

I am submitting this enhancement request on behalf of my client: National Australia Bank.

Steps:

1. Navigate to Persona Management.
2. Open and edit a persona.
3. Click +Add in the References panel.
4. Click the 'Select' dropdown.
5. Enhancement request: Please make the list alphabetical and enable autocomplete (to facilitate search).

Currently, the values in the dropdown are not in alphabetical order and are not searchable, which makes it very difficult to find the right persona. See screenshot below:
