Design/How-To for changing the Work Pool in Bulk Processing
I have worked on a couple of Customer Service projects now where there has been a need to extend the Pega provided out-of-the-box functionality around Bulk Processing. I thought it might be a good idea to capture one of these designs and share it with the wider community as a shrink-wrapped solution.
In this specific design document I show you how to customize the Bulk Actions screen to allow managers to choose cases for bulk processing from any Work Pool they have access to, rather than just their default.
