COMMUNITY HELP WANTED - Seeking Excel and/or CPM Knowledge
As I mentioned in a post yesterday, we are trying different ways to get members the responses they are looking for. While looking at posts that haven't received any replies, I noticed a few that were similarly themed. So I figured why not seek out SME help on the topics from the community itself.
First off, there are a couple of questions related to exporting to Excel that could use some attention:
Using existing pega activities to create an excel spreadsheet - Page Orientation
How far can we go with Excel file styling?
And then there's these 2 that both seem to have to do with CPM-based apps:
Cannot refresh section in CPMInteractionPortalHeader from a button in CPMInteractionPortalWorkArea
How to restrict one service intent window per interaction in CPMHC.
If you have knowledge in either of these areas, I'm sure these members would love to hear from you.

Watching all the posts is difficult for everyone. What about providing a way for pega product owners and SMEs to receive only posts that apply to their specialty area?

Hi Marc,
The best option I know of is to filter your email notifications/stream based on specific Categories. This of course assumes that people are pretty good about categorizing their posts, which seems to be the case in this community!
This model can work pretty well when the community is active in helping each other refine the category selected for a post if the initial selection is off base, or if someone has selected far too many unrelated categories etc...
To illustrate this feature for those who may not be familiar with it, in the example below I am following this Support Community in my Essential Stream. I clicked on (change), and then chose to filter by the Reporting and User Interface categories.
