Combobox autofill is not working

Hi everyone!

I'm starting to use PRPC version 6.3 SP1 and the combobox autofill is not working.

When i open a Case Manager Portal and try to generate a new request all the combobox doesn't have any choice to pick (this functionality is working fine in my coworker's laptops).

I try with a different user and is working in the same way. 

I have IE 9.0.81 (i have the same configuration as laptops of my coworkers)
