Clipboard Tool.
Hello, 
 
The below is the question from Quiz, in which i states that we cannot update data in a system of records using Clipboard. But in the video it is shown the data has been updated using Clipboard tool.
 
Which of the following can NOT be done with the Clipboard tool? (Choose One)
Read property values
Switch between active threads in memory
Update data in a system of record
Write property values
 
Can any one please provide some details on that.

Hi, What it means is using the clipboard you cannot directly update the system of record. The SOR is not Pega (except for the cases) so the function of the clipboard is not to update an external system directly in live. Note that client have multiple SOR like one for customers and one for accounts, for instance. Damien
