We recently upgraded our system from Pega 5 to Pega 7.

I can usually fix our users errors within work objects by opening the clipboard and correcting the properties... I have now on two different occasions came across a work object with an error message, which seem obvious to fix by amending the properties in the clipboard. However, the clipboard edit button is grayed out and unselectable. I cannot figure out a way to get the edit button to work. Has anyone experienced this/know a fix?

My Pega skills are still limited as I am half way through the Business Architect Essentials course.
