Care Management - VM setup

I'm setting up the VMware for Care Management Application using the Oracle VMBox.  I have the VMware setup, I have downloaded the exercise file however I cannot connect when I launch my browser and key-in the IP address.  I get the following error:

This site can’t be reached

Proprietary information hidden refused to connect.

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

this seems to be a firewall issue.

Confirm you have the VM network settings set to Host-only, and you have configured a network adapter as detailed in the exercise system setup guide?
