Can't load HRServices_Specifications.xlsx

I am having a problem loading the HRServices_Specifications.xlsx file. I have downloaded the file to my local machine.  I click on the Import from Excel link on the Specification page, and get to the Import page; then I  click on the Choose File button, select the file, and press Open. When I click on the Next button, I stay on the same page, and get an exclamation mark warning, but no other error. The selected filename goes away and nothing is imported.

I am running:

Windows 7 Professional 64 bit, Service Pack 1
Chrome 40.0.2214.111 m

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you kindly verify that the file you have downloaded has the MD5 hash of 9752b09b0e9d35c6d9717ac8922731389752b09b0e9d35c6d9717ac892273138.

 

If not, can you kindly download again and check that the file has the above MD5 hash.
